For customers in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania or the Northern Territory our support department is available from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Australian Central Time), excluding public holidays, with the additional support of a 24 hour / 7 day Pager service available to customers on a maintenance contract. For customers in other areas your local reseller can provide you with details of the help services available to you.
Support is available on a fair pay-as-you-go basis, and we can accept all major credit cards.
All RetailTouch CD's and installations include numerous up-to-date help documents in the help folder.
